The source vineyard enjoys constant winds which produce thick skinned grapes that develop rich, concentrated flavors.  A nearby river moderates heat and allows for longer hang time and more flavor development over the course of the season.

This Cabernet Sauvignon displays a deep, ruby red color with aromas of red currant, cherry, dried tobacco, and cedar.  The fine grained tannins provide a velvety mouthfeel and black fruit flavors extend through the finish.
